Heard. Seen. Felt.
From the first song to the final word, in the room and online, we engineer every signal path so nothing gets between your people and the message.

Houses of Worship
Clear. Authentic. Excellent.
Fix the room first.
Before the first note or the final word, the room has to carry the message. Acoustics, sight lines to the platform, lighting that doesn't fight the congregation, and video that brings the back row in — we engineer the space so nothing gets between your people and the message.
Fix The Room First
The room before the gear. You can't DSP, EQ, or tune your way out of poor room physics — acoustics, sight lines, lighting, and geometry shape the experience before a single piece of gear is specified. We model reverberation, reflections, sight lines, and coverage before we choose anything.
Too many spaces spend top-dollar on flagship speakers, screens, and fixtures only to discover the room still fights them — harsh reflections, dead zones, blocked sight lines, harsh lighting. We address wall geometries, absorption, bass trapping, sight lines, and lighting first so every watt, every pixel, and every cue performs cleanly.
Every Seat, Same Word
From the front-row faithful to the back balcony, every voice on the platform deserves to land with equal weight — and every listener deserves the same word, the same clarity, the same presence.
We model coverage so the spoken word and the worship band carry the same weight in the last row as the first. Phase-aligned arrays, measured speech intelligibility (STIPA), and tuned video coverage mean nobody misses a word or a moment — in the room or on the stream.
Volunteer-Ready Worship
Built for the real Sunday team. Elite commercial reliability with intuitive control so your volunteers lead the room confidently — every week, not just the launch weekend.
Custom Q-SYS touchpanel layouts mapped to your service flow, one-button scene recalls, coordinated wireless frequencies, and a workflow your team can actually run. When the room fills up on a Sunday morning, there's no panic — just the service.
The Gear-First Trap vs. Physics-First Engineering
Most sales-driven integrators ask for your budget, quote their favorite speaker brand, and hope digital room-tuning masks room resonance. At 20-20, our engineering team calculates boundary phase cancellation, directivity index, and early reflection geometry first — then specifies the audio, video, lighting, and control that earns its place. Solve it once and for all.

Hope Community Church
Sanctuary & Fellowship Hall AV upgrade — replacing a portable PA with a permanent, purpose-built system
20-20 designed, engineered, and integrated a permanent audio, video, control, and network system for Hope Community Church in Wilmington, North Carolina — replacing the portable PA the church had relied on for every service with a permanent sanctuary loudspeaker system, a connected Fellowship Hall, permanent stage infrastructure, Q-SYS volunteer-friendly control, and NETGEAR Pro AV networking.
- Martin Audio CDD15 main and delay loudspeakers with CDD8 fills
- Flown Danley Sound Labs TH-Mini subwoofer for low-end foundation
- Powersoft Quattrocanali 4804 DSP amplification
Design the space. Then design the system.
20-20 starts with the physics of the space — acoustics, sightlines, light — then engineers the audio, video, lighting, networking, and control systems that bring it to life. From a worship center to a game-day stadium, a civic chamber to a one-of-a-kind private theater, every space gets the same uncompromising care. Different rooms, one standard: extraordinary.
Our philosophyFix the room first
Acoustics, sightlines, light, and geometry get diagnosed before any equipment is specified. The space shapes the system — not the other way around.
Design before equipment
New build or retrofit — we engineer the system to the room. On new construction we're alongside your architect and builder from day one; on a retrofit we design within what's already there and engineer around its limits.
